Pressure tested cooling system and inspected for leaks – no further coolant leaks at this time. Installed a new radiator and radiator hoses as needed. Drained the cooling system and removed all necessary components.Inspected and rotated the tires as needed.Installed new links and made necessary adjustments and reassembled. Disassembled sway bar and removed faulty sway bar links.NOTE: – found the coolant level very low on arrival, inspected and found the radiator is cracked and leaking – recommend replacing the radiator and radiator hoses ![]() Tested antifreeze protection – good to – 30☏ and Ph level good at this time. Inspected tires for wear and proper inflation. Topped off windshield washer fluid as needed. Inspected all fluid levels and conditions. Inspected steering and suspension components. The following is amount of brake lining remaining: Left front – 7mm Right front – 7mm Left rear – 7mm Right rear – 7mm Inspected brake hydraulic system for leaks, wear and condition of fluid. Performed complete brake system inspection. – INDUCTION SERVICE – We recommend performing fuel induction service as part of normal maintenance. Symptoms include: loss of power, rough idle, hesitation, misfire, pinging, knocking, fuel mileage and hard starting. –During normal everyday driving, deposits accumulate on the throttle body, intake valves, and in the combustion chambers. –Your vehicle is due to have the spark plugs replaced at 105,000 miles. Recommend cabin air filter replacement. Inspected filters and ignition components. Inspected operation of all external lights. Inspected wiper blades, washer fluid, horn and mirrors. – Coolant system is due to be serviced in the near future. –Tested antifreeze protection – good to -25☏. Tested radiator cap for proper operation and pressure tested the system for leaks. Inspected cooling system level and topped off as needed. Performed voltage drop test at battery cables and power lead. Tested charging system output – 14.43v- within specifications. ![]() Performed starter draw test -11.06v- within specifications. Inspected battery, cables, hold down and load tested battery – good. Animals love its sweet taste, so even a spilling a small amount on your garage floor can end up in the dog's stomach pretty quickly. Promptly wipe up any spilled fluid as it is highly toxic. Always wear safety goggles when working on your Soul. Removing the coolant reservoir cap on a warm engine could cause the cap to fly off at a high rate of speed and fluid to spray out of the reservoir. These coolants will typically say 50/50 or pre-mixed on the front of the coolant bottle. Some coolants will come premixed-that is, you don't need to add any water. Mix the coolant / antifreeze with distilled water so that you have a combination of 50% coolant and 50% water. Be sure to check your owners manual to determine the correct type of fluid to add - for Kias, it will typically be in a section titled Fluid Capacities in the back of your manual.
